Welcome to the official Oklahoma state agency online document submission website. This site will accept all electronic filings as required by Senate Bill 1507 (2008). Including administrative rules, budget work programs, budget requests, and other documents required to be filed with the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Once you have successfully filed through this site, you will be provided with a confirmation email stating that you have properly submitted to each of the required recipients. Please retain a copy of this email for your records.
If, after submitting your filing, you discover that you need to revise the information provided, you can simply withdraw your original filing and resubmit. However, all resubmissions of administrative rules must occur within the original filing period (i.e., within ten days after adoption). Be sure to check the resubmission box, complete all filing forms, and reattach all documents.
Hard copy filings will only be accepted by the receiving parties as a last resort, and must include a written explanation of the reason the filing could not be submitted electronically.
