ADA News: The U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California have reached a comprehensive settlement agreement with Wells Fargo & Company. Wells Fargo will pay up to $16 million to individuals who experienced discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act when trying to call Wells Fargo, access their website services or visit their retail stores.
