The OSBI is offering up to a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the disappearance of Inocente Richmond Yanez January 5, 1999, from Tahlequah.
The 26-year-old father of several children vanished from his mother's home in the area of the 500 block of May Avenue without taking any personal items with him. Yanez lived with his mother.
Yanez is described as part American Indian and part Hispanic, with light brown hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion, 6'2'' tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has surgical scars on both wrists and a speech impediment. Yanez also went by the names Shawn, Chavez and Gomez.
