Treasurer Meacham to Hold News Conference with First Winner of Oklahoma College Savings Plan VIP Fan Experience Sweepstakes 10/01/2008

WHO: State Treasurer and OCSP Board Chairman Scott Meacham will introduce the winner of the OCSP VIP Fan Experience Sweepstakes for the OSU vs. Texas A&M game and discuss the importance of saving for college.

The winner and his newborn granddaughter, for whom he has opened a college savings account, are scheduled to attend the news conference.
