The Oklahoma State Senate will formally convene for the first meeting of the 2010 session at noon on Monday, February 1.  Following a brief meeting, members of the Senate will then recess and reconvene in joint session in the House of Representatives to receive Gov. Brad Henry?s final State of the State Address.
