April 26, 2008, Carter Wayne Leach's badly decomposed body was found in the back of a pickup truck parked at the Kick's 66 Truck Stop in Catoosa. Since then OSBI agents and Catoosa Police have run numerous leads on the case.

Investigators believe 33-year-old Leach was last seen on March 28th, 2008, and was on his way to visit Perry Scott ''Scotty'' Williams at a Tulsa motel. All efforts to locate the 37 year old have failed. Agents believe Williams may be accompanied by his girlfriend, 36-year-old Shannon Raye Johnson.

These two individuals are not considered suspects; however, investigators believe they may be able to help give direction to the case.
