Twenty-six year-old Heath Riley Reams was last seen in Jennings, Oklahoma, on July 27, 2003. A few months later, his 1997 Toyota 4Runner was found abandoned in a remote, wooded area about three miles east of Jennings.
Payne County District Attorney Rob Hudson requested OSBI assistance in the investigation into the Yale man's disappearance in February 2004. Since then, OSBI agents have conducted numerous interviews and devoted countless hours investigating.
This month, investigators received new information about the case. OSBI is hopeful that up to a $5,000 reward will entice someone to come forward. That money will be rewarded to the person who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Ream's disappearance. A picture of Reams is on the OSBI website at www.ok.gov/osbi under investigations/missing persons.
If anyone has information about Ream's disappearance, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
