Thirty-five year old Jose Sabas was shot and killed inside a trailer home near Wewoka early Sunday morning. OSBI believes a person inside the home at the time of the shooting can help solve this case. Agents now have a material witness warrant issued for Jose ''JoJo'' Fransico Tores (d.o.b. 2-14-85).

Tores could be on his way to Texas or Arkansas. He is a Mexican male, 5'4'' tall and weighs about 130 pounds. His hair style is distinctive - short on top, shaved on the sides with a tail in the back.
