Late Monday night law enforcement arrested Alric Olaf Smith (dob 5-24-68) for the murder of his neighbor, 55-year-old Warren Little Sr. Little was found inside his Logan County home Saturday morning by sheriff's deputies after Little's family asked that deputies check inside the home. The family had not heard from Little for several days.

Monday evening, investigators received information that Smith may be staying with a friend in Northeast Oklahoma City near Midwest City. Officers with Logan County Sheriff's Office, the OSBI and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office converged on the house. Smith surrendered without hesitation. He was later booked into the Logan County Jail on a murder complaint.

While searching for Smith, investigators became worried about his girlfriend, Nancy McGuinness, who was also missing. She was found Monday evening unharmed.
