The Department of Central Services (DCS) recently awarded the PC Standardization Contract, effective December 15, 2009, to Dell. The contract for desktops and laptops represents another significant achievement of the new $pend$mart Oklahoma program, a DCS Central Purchasing initiative designed to leverage economies of scale, add convenience, standardize common items, and achieve savings and efficiencies in state government procurement.
