The Oklahoma Highway Safety Office is pleased to be able to lend you videos, Vince and Larry Costumes, and Drunk Driving Goggles that we
hope will assist you in educating Oklahomans to the highway safety issues and concerns facing each of us as we venture on our roadways.
- Due to the limited number of videos, costumes and goggles available and the high demand, and the tendency of some people to not return
these items, or return them damaged or late, the OHSO must limit the number of items lent.

Each person or organization may borrow no more than six (6) videos or video sets, one (1) Vince and Larry Costume set, or two (2) Drunk
Driving Goggles at a time. When the loaned items are received back to the OHSO, more items may be lent.

Videos must be returned after two (2) weeks, Vince and Larry Costumes and Drunk Driving Goggles must be returned after one (1) week. If
the items are not returned in a timely manner or returned damaged, additional items may not be lent to the same requestor or agency
in the future.

If videos, costumes, or goggles are lost or damaged, the person or organization responsible will be required to reimburse OHSO for the
cost of the items so they may be replaced and made available to other customers.
