Jenny Allen was named Division Manager for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Civil Rights Division in late March 2015. She served as Acting Division Manager in July 2013.
In her position, Allen oversees efforts to ensure fair employment, procurement and contracting opportunities with ODOT, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance and recruitment of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to work on transportation projects.
Allen began her career with ODOT in 2010 as the Title VI and Title VII Coordinator. She became Acting Assistant Division Manager in 2013.
Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Personnel Professional for the State of Oklahoma, Certified Grievance Manager, Oklahoma Supreme Court Certified Mediator, and Certified Discrimination Complaint Investigator. She is from Lawton and currently resides in Oklahoma City with her husband.
