Brian Kirtley has been Human Resources Division Manager for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation since 1999. His division oversees all personnel matters for the agency.
Kirtley was born in Lawton and graduated from Anadarko High School. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Kirtley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and past president of the Sooner Human Resources Society and holds a number of certifications in the human resources field. He is an adjunct professor at Mid-American Christian University and a youth baseball and basketball coach.
He and his wife, Jenni, have three sons and live in Washington, Oklahoma.
