The Kay County Health Department offers a variety of services at our two locations in Kay County.

This Month's Hot Topics 


The Kay County Health Department is scheduled to host a two-week seasonal influenza vaccination clinic. 

In Ponca City, flu clinics are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – October 4th, 5th, and 6th, and the 11th, 12th, and 13th. 

In Blackwell, flu clinics include Monday and Tuesday – October, 3rd, and 4th, and the 10th and 11th.  

October 17th and beyond, flu vaccines will be provided during walk-in clinic hours:  Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 

The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and the Kay County Health Department recommend flu vaccines every year for everyone 6 months of age and older.
