**July 6, 2016.  Amendment 3 posted.  Strike Attachment D - Band 4, Revision.   Additional Questions     NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contract.  All 50 states are eligible to participate.  Scope of contract is for body worn cameras, in-car video, data storage, data security, software and peripherals, and vehicle mounted equipment for public safety/law enforcement patrols.
