The Blaine County District Attorney’s Office accepts payments online through GovPayNet.  Payments can be made with a major credit card, debit or pre-paid debit card.  Payments can also be made by money order or cashier's check in person at the Courthouse or through regular mail.

A service charge made by GovPayNet applies to each transaction.  The amount of this charge will be provided to the cardholder for acknowledgment and acceptance prior to completion of a transaction.  This processing fee is:  Payments via Web/Gov$wipe – 3.5%, minimum service fee $3.50; Payments via Call Center/Live Agent – 5%, minimum service fee $5.00.
