AMANDA ARNALL COUCH, UVED Director/Prosecutor
Amanda is responsible for the legal, financial, and management aspects of the UVED Program. In addition to approving program actions, she represents UVED in committee meetings, public outreach, and trainings. Amanda also serves as the contact point for Oklahoma citizens, program vendors, State legislators, government agencies, and the media.
ARTHUR “ART” MARSH, Lead Investigator
Art serves as Lead Investigator on the UVED team, responsible for reviewing photographic evidence, managing large batches of violation images, investigating contested matters, contacting citizens, and submitting cases for approval to the UVED Prosecutor. Art also directly assists the UVED Prosecutor by representing the Program at community outreach events, distributing information to agencies statewide, and consulting on Program policies.
FRANK PASIERB, Investigator
Frank serves as an investigator on the UVED team, responsible for reviewing photographic evidence, managing large batches of violation images, investigating contested matters, interacting with citizens, and submitting cases for approval to the UVED Prosecutor.
MARSHA ARNALL, UVED Specialist
Marsha serves as a UVED Specialist, directly supporting the Prosecutor and managing contested matters, as well as answering calls, contacting citizens, and consulting on Program procedures.
