The partner meeting has been set for September 14, 2016. It will be held in Stillwater at the ABLE Tech offices, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend along with the designated contact person from your organization.
The 3rd quarter for FY2016 has officially ended. Please make sure and complete your loan and demo numbers in NATADS by July 6th. This will ensure all the numbers are up to date for the quarterly reports presented to the ABLE Tech Advisory Council. Success stories are also due!
ABLE Tech and the Southwest ADA Center are thrilled to announce the first-ever, free Technology Accessibility Oklahoma conference! TechAccessOK will happen on September 8th at the Moore Norman Technology Center, South Penn campus. TechAccessOK will bring national and state experts together for a day of sessions that focus on accessibility on the web and in software. Put the date on your calendar, keep up with us using #TechAccessOK on social media and we will have more information soon on the TechAccessOK page! Spread the word! Registration will open soon!
ABLE Tech Consumer Advisory Council Meeting is July 27nd at 9:30 am. The meeting will be held at the DRS State Office Building, 2nd floor conference room, at 3535 NW 58th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. If you would like written materials please let me know by July 22nd.
Dortha is a Canadian county resident with hearing loss. She borrowed a Pocket Talker from HLAA in Oklahoma City to see if it would improve her hearing loss. It was so helpful she ended up purchasing one for herself. She now can turn down the TV and enjoy her TV programs.
