To insure that we maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and as part of Oklahoma’s initiative to “Go Green,” the Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board (OSEEGIB), a division of the Office of State Finance, will be implementing a new network management system in 2013. Network Management/Provider Relations is working diligently to make sure all documents and processes support the transition to the new system.
In preparation for the transition, effective July 1, 2012, OSEEGIB will begin accepting Oklahoma Uniform Credentialing Applications (ODH Form 606) and HealthChoice, DRS, or DOC supplements in place of Network Provider applications for all provider contracts as referenced in section four, SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, of the contracts. OUCAs and OUCA supplements will be available on the provider websites, and applications will no longer be included as part of the Network Provider contracts.
In July 2012, OSEEGIB will begin working with our Network Providers to obtain a current OUCA for use in transitioning to the new network management system. This initiative will be undertaken in phases according to provider specialty and network. Additional notifications will be forthcoming on this subject. You are strongly encouraged to check the provider websites frequently and watch for notifications via mail or email depending on how you have currently elected to receive notices from the Plan.
If you have questions about the OUCA or the new network management system, please contact the Network Management/Provider Relations Division for HealthChoice, DOC or DRS or email DOCProviderRelations@sib.ok.gov, DRSproviderrelations@sib.ok.gov, or oseegibproviderrelations@sib.ok.gov.
