HealthChoice Increases Dental Plan Maximum

Effective January 1, 2013, the HealthChoice Dental Plan will increase the plan year maximum for Preventive, Basic, and Major Care from $2,000 to $2,500.

Orthodontic Services are not subject to an annual maximum and are not included in the dental plan year maximum.
