Fluoride Coverage to be Added for Adults

Effective January 1, 2013, HealthChoice will add coverage for up to two total fluoride applications per calendar year for members who are age 13 and older.

EGID will continue to cover up to two total fluoride applications per calendar year for children 12 and under subject to the provisions of the HealthChoice Dental Plan.
