ClaimLink gives you online access to the status of your medical and dental claims, deductible status, the ability to view and print EOBs, and confirm eligibility, to name just a few of the great options available day or night.  Members can also access the HealthChoice Heath Risk Assessment (HRA) through this secure link.

The ClaimLink site is owned and maintained by HP. By clicking on ClaimLink below, you will be leaving the HealthChoice website and entering an HP website. HP is an EGID HIPAA Business Associate that protects EGID members’ confidential and protected health information according to contractual terms with EGID and HP Privacy Policy terms. EGID members’ protected health information is protected by EGID and HP, its subsidiaries, and affiliates.
