The SDE Service Desk was created to ensure friendly, accurate and timely responses to all inquiries from school administrators, parents, educators and others seeking information. The SDE Service Desk is now serving as the technical helpdesk for all school reporting applications in the Oklahoma Education Single Sign-On (School Reporting, WAVE, etc).
When you call the SDE Service Desk, you won't reach a recorded message. You'll talk to a staff member. The Service Desk will research your query, transfer you to appropriate staff if necessary or create individual cases for staff to resolve when an answer isn't immediately available. You will be contacted within 24 hours by SDE staff to follow up and update you on progress.
