“Whatever it takes. No excuses. No exceptions.” That’s the staff motto at Crutcho Public Schools.
The school received a School Improvement Grant for the 2010-11 school year. Since that time, the school has reported significant improvement in reading and math scores from previous years.
The U.S. Department of Education today posted a guest blog about progress at the school.
The blogger writes that the SIG grant has allowed for longer school days, an extended summer program and additional reforms that allows more time for students to gain additional help in certain subject areas.
We’re always excited to read a success story.
