Parents of teenagers or adult children who suspect possible abuse of alcohol and/or drugs, can get education, information and contact with other families at Parents Helping Parents.

The Southern Oaks Library, 6900 South Walker in Norman, is scheduled to reopen Sept. 25, with additional reading lounges, an expanded teen area and more computers.
