The Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR) is a currently updated version of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). It is not an official legal edition of the CFR. The e-CFR is an editorial compilation of CFR material and Federal Register amendments. Updated on a daily basis.
Title 34 of the CFR, which pertains to the U.S. Department of Education and related Federal entities. Parts 74-99 of Title 34 are collectively known as the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). These parts contain regulations for administering discretionary and formula grants awarded by the Department. The Oklahoma Data Management Spreadsheet is intended to be used as a tool to keep track of attendance and staffing data for 21st Century Community Learning Centers. This spreadsheet is what you will submit to the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality (Weikart Center) by June 30th, 2015 to fulfill attendance, staffing, and regular attendee requirement for the federal reporting system.
