2013 Emergency Rules

2013 Emergency rules remain in effect through September 14, 2014, unless superceded by another rule or disapproved by the Legislature.

The following emergency rule was adopted by the State Board of Education on July 25, 2013 and was approved by the Governor on August 28, 2013.
