To find an individual or firm disciplined by this Board go to the License Search section of this Web site.
In the License Search section:
1. Click on Search for PE, LS, or Firm
2. Select individual or firm.
3. Type the license number or name of the person (or firm) that you are searching.
4. Click on the name of the individual or firm.
5. If a person or firm has been disciplined, the year(s) that the disciplinary action took place will be noted in the Disciplinary Status box.
6. Click on the year to see the formal documents relating to the case.
