OSBI Searches for Persons of Interest in Adair County Homicide Case

The OSBI is investigating a homicide in Adair County at the request of the county sheriff. March 24, 2013, Bryan Bailey (d.o.b. 7/23/1983), of Adair County, was found severely beaten on the side of the road near the Rocky Mount area off Highway 100 in southern Adair County. He was transported to a Tulsa hospital where he died the next day. So far, agents have determined Bailey was last seen with 28-year-old Ashley Cain (a.k.a. Ashley Blair), of Adair County. She is known to drive a silver, 4-door, 2003 Buick Century with a Cherokee Nation license plate that reads 82580C. Cain was last seen with Billy Wing, 22, also of Adair County. These two individuals are only considered persons of interest. Agents believe they may have information that could help advance this case.

A bolo (be on the lookout) has been issued for the pair. If anyone has information as to either person’s whereabouts, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017. Included in this release is a picture of Wing. OSBI does not have access to a picture of Cain.
