OSBI Agents Investigate Death in Cherokee County

OSBI agents responded to a death scene in Cookson (Cherokee County) Wednesday (2/20/13) afternoon at the request of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department. Bradford Brooks (d.o.b. 5/9/1956) was found dead outside his home at 19724 W. Cookson Bend Road, Cookson, by a family member. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of Brooks’ death. Agents are investigating his death as suspicious at this point.
