OSBI Needs Help From Public in Clinton Murder Case

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the homicide of Jessica Kaulay which occurred at approximately 2:20 a.m., December 27, 2012. OSBI agents are asking anyone with information to please come forward.  Additionally, OSBI is interested in interviewing the person who picked up an injured individual in the area of 18th and Hunt in Clinton, Oklahoma, and drove that person to the Clinton Regional Hospital on that same date shortly after the murder took place. That person (will not release the gender at this time) is a witness in the homicide and vital to the investigation.  Anyone with information is urged to call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
