OSBI Investigates Inmate Death at Kingfisher County Jail

The Kingfisher County Sheriff has requested OSBI investigate the possible homicide of a jail inmate inside the county jail facility. William David Mallory (d.o.b. 4/23/1974) was found dead inside his cell Monday evening at approximately 8 o’clock. The medical examiner’s office will determine Mallory’s cause/manner of death. In the meantime, OSBI agents have collected evidence from the crime scene and have interviewed numerous inmates in the area at the time of Mallory’s death.

Mallory was booked into the Kingfisher County Jail September 24, 2012, for larceny from a retailer. Mallory was housed in a cell that was open during the day to a pod or a common area for inmates.
