Law Enforcement Mobilization Reporting Utility

Law Enforcement Agencies in Oklahoma are now able to submit their Mobilization Reports online using the Mobilization Reporting Utility. This online program provides convenient and quick access to reporting mobilization activities, replacing the outdated fax and snail mail process. In addition, agencies registered on the system will receive Highway Safety announcements electronically.

Here is a brief summary of how the system works. To participate in online reporting, the agency will need to designate a "Contact Person" who is able to access the internet. There are three parts to the Mobilization Reporting Utility: 1) Registration, 2) Pre-mobilization Sign-up, and 3) Post-mobilization Activity Reporting.

Registration
The Contact Person will access the system using the "Mobilization Reporting System" link on the Mobilizations page and click the "Register Now" link. After completing the easy 5-step registration process, the Contact Person will be notified by email that the agency account is activated. An agency can register at any time, and once registered, does not have to register again. Only one "Contact Person" per agency will be allowed. It may take up to three days for the registration to be reviewed and approved, so please be patient during this initial registration process.

Pre-mobilization Sign-up
No less than 30 days prior to the start of a Mobilization, the sign-up window will open. The Contact Person, or designate, can then access the system as before using the "Mobilization Reporting System" link on the Mobilizations page. After logging into the system (using the Login ID and Password selected when the agency registered), the user will submit information indicating the mobilization related activities the agency expects to perform.

Post-mobilization Activity Reporting
Within 30 days after the mobilization ends, the Contact Person will login and submit the results of their mobilization efforts.
