Request for Training or Technical Assistance

Welcome to the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) website.  On this site you will be able to complete a request form for either Training or Technical Assistance from the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) Prevention Services.
 

Your request will be processed in the following manner:

-Provider completes request form.
-The ODMHSAS TTA staff point of contact notified of request.
-Point of contact sends confirmation email to provider.
-Field Representative/Consultant is assigned Training or Technical Assistance request.
-Provider is contacted.
-Service conducted/completed.
-A survey is generated and sent to the agency point of contact (satisfaction/outcome/etc.)
