Benefits Package and How to Apply

 

The ODMHSAS benefits package includes the following features:

•  11 paid holidays per year
•  15 days of paid sick leave per year
•   A minimum of 15 days paid annual leave per year (increases with years of service)
•   A retirement plan based on employee and employer contributions
•   Employee health, life, dental, and disability insurance
•   Optional dependent health, life, and dental insurance
•   Longevity pay, based on years of service
•   Optional deferred compensation plan

 

How to Apply for ODMHSAS Employment:

Non-Employees of ODMHSAS:

If you are not currently an ODMHSAS employee and wish to apply for a job within the Department, send a cover letter containing the announcement number, job title and work location along with a copy of your resume, to the appropriate address as indicated in the table below. Note the closing date of the application period and be sure your application is received in the Human Resources Management Office by the closing date.

 

Current ODMHSAS Employees:

If you are a current ODMHSAS employee and you wish to apply for a different ODMHSAS job, send a cover letter containing the announcement number, job title and work location, along with your most recent performance evaluation, to the appropriate address as indicated in the table below. If the job you wish to apply for is a classified position, you must also submit an OPM Personal Data Summary Sheet (Form 4-B) or a current OPM Form 9 (dated within the previous six months). These forms are available from your facility's Human Resources Management office or the Human Resources Management Division in the ODMHSAS Central Administrative Offices. To request forms, call 405-522-3902 or e-mail humanresources@odmhsas.org. Note the closing date of the application period and be sure your application is received in the Human Resources Office by the closing date.
