The Customer Service Award is given to an employee for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
 


Facility Employee of the Year:

The Facility Employee of the Year award is given to an employee for outstanding merit and performance or an action that enhances the mission and values of ODMHSAS.
 


Central Office Employee of the Year:

The Central Office Employee of the Year award is given to an employee for outstanding merit and performance or an action that enhances the mission and values of ODMHSAS.
 


Good Samaritan Award:

The Good Samaritan Award is a special category because it marks the spirit of service and selflessness. The award targets an individual who has provided significant volunteer work for the agency.  There were several nominees for this award category.
 


Excellence in Changing Attitudes Award:
