Annual CIO Survey of Agency Directors

State CIO Alex PettitFeedback (information about your reactions to our performance) is the single greatest determinant of our behavior. Our mission is to create an atmosphere where IT services we offer evolve with your business needs as your agency works to meet the needs of the public.

As a valued partner, we ask that when you have a moment you respond to the short survey and provide your perspective on the services offered. Your willingness to participate not only gives us keen insight into your evolving business needs, but it helps us fine-tune our relationship ensuring your agency is able to devote more of its finite resources to accomplishing its primary mission.

In the early months of 2013, our staff will sit with you and discuss a range of issues covering ISD's performance since our last meeting as well as a wish-list for new services. As part of that annual meeting, we would like to review your responses to the following survey.

As a bit of explanation, the survey is divided into three short sections corresponding to the three layers of the shared services pyramid reviewed with you as you began the IT shared services process. Your responses will help us tune each of our services categories - Agency Services, Shared Application Services and Infrastructure Services. Finally, there is a "Final Thoughts" affording an opportunity to share any additional comments.

This year's survey is now closed. We greatly appreciate your participation. Raw data from the survey results is available on the state's open data platform, Data.OK.gov with additional survey results on this website.
