Who We Regulate

The State Banking Department is the regulator for Oklahoma state-chartered banks, state-chartered credit unions, state-chartered savings and loan associations, state-chartered trust companies, money order companies and money transmitters. 

The Banking Department can only help you with questions and complaints regarding the financial institutions and other entities that we regulate.  For questions and complaints about other types of financial institutions or entities, please contact the appropriate regulatory agency.
